Sydney Harper is a Cleveland, OH-born speaker, entrepreneur, and content creator based in New York City. As an inspiring communicator, powerful storyteller, and analytical thinker, she uses her well-articulated voice to share opinions, engage in thoughtful discussion, and inspire meaningful reflection.

Growing up as a triplet with two sisters, she was often seen as a trio. In the pursuit of self-identity, she passionately engaged in conversations with those around her. From peers to strangers, those talks were aimed at fostering genuine connections and personal relationships. This ability and inclination to connect through speaking led to a love of hosting and interviewing. 

After graduating from Hawken School in 2018 she went on to attend Vanderbilt University. While in college Sydney continued to advance her communication by building a strong presence with many and sharing her voice. She wrote for the university’s pop-culture and fashion publication and in 2020 a think piece she wrote exploring the impact of beauty standards on self-confidence as a black woman was published in Seventeen Magazine and featured on Snapchat. 

In addition to her impactful journalism work, Sydney and her sisters created the blog, Third Party which highlighted personal articles and showcased interviews with trailblazers in spaces such as fitness, fashion, and social media. Third Party evolved into a podcast, YouTube channel, and social media account where the three continue to dive into meaningful topics like relationships, mental health, and confidence giving their unfiltered opinions while bringing in influential voices along the way. Their authentic stories and unique perspectives have garnered critical acclaim and features on Today.com and Fox News.

After college, Sydney moved to New York City where she currently resides and works for Deloitte as a consulting analyst serving clients in media and finance. Driven by a desire for authenticity and connection, she continues to strive to impact the entertainment industry and beyond. Whether on paper, in corporate spaces, or behind a microphone, she embodies an undeniable dedication and confidence, actively paving the way for the future generation of diverse and influential voices, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs.
